The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The rental fee includes all utility bills, TV licence, Broadband and Council Tax. Towels and bed linen are also supplied. 

The stylish contemporary designed kitchen is furnished and equipped with LED lighting, smoke and heat alarms, cooking and laundry facilities including; washing machine/dryer, an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and all utensils. 

The bedroom includes one King size bed, fresh linen, bedside tables, hairdryer and fully fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom includes both shower and bath facilities, towels shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and anti-bacterial hand wash gel. There is also a smoke alarm.

A weekly housekeeping service comes as standard after a 7-night consecutive stay, providing an uplifting clean and provision of fresh towels and bed linen.
