This Serviced Staycation 3 Bedroom House is situated  in a beautiful countryside and is very central to access other villages and towns. it is 10 minutes away from the beautiful city of Worcester. Junction 7 of the motorway M5 is just 15 minutes away.

The house is fully furnished and well equipped. The rental fee includes all utility bills, TV licence, Broadband and Council Tax. Towels and bed linen are also supplied. 

A weekly housekeeping service comes as standard after a 7-night consecutive stay, providing an uplifting clean and provision of fresh towels and bed linen.

On the ground floor : The stylish contemporary designed kitchen is furnished and equipped with LED lighting, smoke alarm, cooking and laundry facilities including; dishwasher, an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and all utensils. 

The Lounge has a flat screen TV, free Wifi, a large corner sofa, a wood burner and a piano. 

The bedroom includes one King size bed, fresh linen, bedside tables, hairdryer and fully fitted wardrobes. 

The bathroom includes both shower and bath facilities, towels shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and anti-bacterial hand wash gel. There are also 2 storage cupboards.

The Utility area has a freezer, a washing machine, a gas boiler, an iron board  and drawers and storage cupboard

The conservatory has sofas and shelves. It is a peaceful and light room.

On the first floor : There 2 Double bedrooms with Ikea wardrobes, bedside tables and desks with comfy chairs, mirrors and hair dryers

A shower room en-suite with an electric shower, washbasin, toilet and a cupboard.

Outside : there is a small garden with a lawn and shrubs and a patio with 2 deck chairs.
